Who is THE NATIONAL AFRICAN-AMERICAN BUSINESS LEAGUE, INC. membership?
As a membership-based organization, THE NATIONAL AFRICAN-AMERICAN BUSINESS LEAGUE, INC. (THE NA-ABL, INC.) is promoting its common community business interest that is based on the statement “…placing us where we could reap the fruit of our own labor…”; and lobbying and advocating for economic activities assistance that will be use as tools within our membership labor force which will enhance the Federal Government’s primary aims under the guidelines of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, and other related Public Laws and associated regulations.
THE NA-ABL, INC. membership as a 501(c) 6 established an underlying support for a narrowly tailored Section 3 Economic Opportunity Plan.

To the greatest extent feasible, THE NATIONAL AFRICAN-AMERICAN BUSINESS LEAGUE, INC. (THE NA-ABL, INC.), as a 501(c)6 membership-based organization, is lobbying and advocating for economic activities which will provide the residents in low-income areas with training and employment opportunities. By urging and encouraging government agencies and their applicants to properly use the government’s special financial resources and the government’s approved activities, THE NA-ABL, INC. will earnestly pursue the objectives in Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and other related Public Laws and associated regulations.
